Supporting marginalized artists and local businesses, INDEX Adelaide will be hosting their first Zine Market in December.
Founder Chira had reached out to me, offering almost complete creative freedom to design a poster to promote the event.
The briefing was simple:

“The market is bringing together creatives who work within DIY and predominantly zines, we just want the advert to be easy to read and visually appealing! But also support your creative license in the same way we’ll be supporting the artist stallholders, so we wouldn’t want to dictate your design too heavily.

It was one of those projects that put itself together very easily. Presenting a few different colour options, we quickly decided on the final poster.
